Job Requirements
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
5+ years of experience in human resource management
Energetic charisma with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with ADP and Quickbooks
3-4 days in office, 1-2 days remote depending on obligations
Job Description
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company vision
Manage onboarding and offboarding process from recruiting to layoffs
Monitor and nurture a positive working environment, systems, and procedures
Manage employee payroll, benefits, and legal compliance
Conduct regular training, personal development, and assessments with employees
Job Details
$60,000 starting base + End of year bonus
Insurance and retirement benefits after 6 months of employment
Stock options after 12 months of employment
